Yoga Classes for Fall/Winter

In Minnesota the change of seasons always brings a fresh perspective on our lives. Why not make a commitment to your health and well being by trying a yoga class? Find out the reason yoga is embraced worldwide and gains new practitioners every day!

Instructor: Laurel Regan, RYT200

Laurel’s classes are focused on the fundamental principles of practice – healthy breathing, inner focus and safe effective alignment in the yoga poses. These three facets blend together to create the yoga experience that has withstood the test of time. There are many fun ‘flavors of the day’ to sample in today’s yoga world. In these classes you will learn to listen to the inner self and know what type of yoga is safe and right for your body, mind & spirit.

Laurel’s Yoga Story

24 years ago I severely injured my back resulting in two surgeries. As fate would have it, my physical therapist was a yoga teacher. I credit yoga practice with saving me from a life of pain and disability ~ also restoring my energy and spirit. However, along the way I discovered that not all yoga practices are equal in safety and effectiveness.

For two decades my passion has been to pass the gift of yoga on to others ~ teaching students the basics of a safe yoga practice that will help them be strong, flexible and centered no matter what life throws at them.
